Copic 2 for June

Calling all recent graduates of Beginning Copic!  Now that you have mastered all the basic skills, don't let your Copics be idle.  Come join the fun in our advanced class and learn some new techniques.

As we continue with our classes, this month we will work on student request. Our images will focus on highlighting the shadow areas using Dots.  Yes that's correct.  We will use small dots in various colors to add shadows.

This first card will feature this cute fairy that just has a glow with all her dots. Supplies and colors used are listed below:
BG0000,BG000,V0000,V01,BV0000,BV000,Y000, (E000,E01,E11,R20 face), (E25,E27,E47 hair,)G43
You can see that I used very light colors for my dots, so bring all your markers and we will make them work.  Also I have separated my face and hair colors so that you can use your own favorite combinations, as always.
If you have pop-dots,a glitter marker and Glossy Accents, please bring them along (and of course your basic supplies).

Now here's the second card for the class.  Its been awhile since I used my favorite Penny Black, Mimi, but here she is ready for summer fun.
Using the dots again, we will add shadows and feature the beach area.
Here are the marker colors and supplies:
Face-E000,E01,E11,R20, Hair- E25,E27,E47,YR24, other areas -Y13,Y15,Y17,YR04,R24,R27,R29,R59,BG11,BG13,BG15,BG0000,BG000E30,E31,E55 and other browns for shells.  White Signo marker, Glossy Accents, Creamy Brown & Yellow Citrus Chalk Ink.

June Caboodle Class

Hello stampers!  Here are pics of 3 out of the 8 cards we're going to make in June's class.  This is going to be a blast, because you're going to make all of these cards with stickers from Reminisce, and you have a choice of stickers to use...you just need to let 'em know when you sign up if you want stickers for a younger recipient, or for the more mature person (think "over the hill" and a darker color scheme),or do both...because the paper (Jillibean soup and Bo-bunny) coordinates with all the stickers!   There's very little stamping involved-only 3 times-to say "Happy Birthday", of course!
Here are the extra supplies to bring to class if you have them:
"Happy Birthday" stamp
3/16th hole punch/Piercing tool
Scoring tool
Liquid adhesive (with fine tip applicator)
Brown dye ink (Black if making "Mature" cards)
Apron lace border punch
Small dotted scallop border punch

Don't worry about tying the Baker's twine....I'll be happy to tie it for you!

Class is scheduled for Thursday, June 14th from 6:30 to 9:00 pm, or you can sign up for Friday morning June 15th from 10:00 to 12:30.  Please call All About Pictures to reserve your stamping spot and sticker preference.  See you stamping soon!  ~Kim~
