Scene Stamping Class

Get excited about scene stamping! This month we will be using the Color box stylus to color our scene. You don't have to have taken last month's class in order to do this scene or have the stamps so come join the fun. The supplies you will need are; color box stylus and foam tips, you should might want to have a tip for each color family so you don't have to clean them out each time.Example; one for greens ,blues, browns, etc. Caulk applicators or cosmetic foam applicators,Dye inks, any brand as long as they're dye based. Example; Adirondack, distressed, stampin up, Marvy. I used Adirondack; cloudy blue, sailboat blue, denim, latte, pesto, lettuce, meadow, pool stream and aqua. Marvy salvia blue. They are blues, greens, browns and aquas. There will be ink pads available at the store for you to use. June Card club

Are you ready to stamp??!! Are you ready to mask??!! Are you ready to sponge??!! I hope so, because that's what we're going to do this month! This is the first card in a series on Masking Techniques. This is a more "masculine" card, which you all know is a stretch for me, due to my affinity for ribbon and butterflies. So, I was very happy that neither found their way onto the card!

Anyway......here's the supplies to bring (if you have them) besides your basic kit:

Treeline silhouette stamp

Phrase stamp

Pale yellow dye ink

Pale pink dye ink

Pale blue dye ink (Memento Summer Sky)

Deep blue dye ink (Distress Broken China)

Black dye ink

Pale green dye ink (Stampin' Up Certainly Celery)

Dark green dye ink (Distress Peeled Paint)

Sponges (sponge daubers preferably)

Class is scheduled for Thursday evening June 2nd from 6:30 to 8:00pm, and repeated again on Friday morning June 3rd from 10:00 to noon. If you have any questions or need to reserve your stamping spot, please call All About Pictures at 364-4141. Hope to see you soon! ~Kim~

May Clean and Simple Card Class

Hello again! Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful spring weather! It's the season to be working out in the yard, and we've been doing some landscaping! That's why I'm trying to get this posted for you, because I want to do some work outside before it gets too hot! Then....after I get that done, I can relax, and go play with my paper some more! See-I reward myself with paper. I highly recommend it! All work and no play makes Kim a dull girl-we couldn't have that now, could we?

Anyway, on to the good stuff! Here's the pictures of the cards we're doing this month. This is called paper piecing, and I'm using this as a segueway to the series on Masking Techniques.

Here are the supplies to bring to class (if you have them) besides your basic crafting kit:

Die cut machine

Embossing folder of choice

Furniture stamp set (this was "Wish you were here" from Hero Arts)

Black journaling pen

Corner rounder

Versamark

Gold embossing powder

Heat gun

Silver or gold metallic pen

Class is scheduled on Friday morning May 27th from 10 to noon. If you have any questions or need to reserve your stamping spot, please call All About Pictures at 364-4141. If I don't see you then, I hope you have a fantastic Memorial Day weekend! ~Kim~
